It occurs most commonly in 3rd and 4th decades of life and rarely seen in children. Patients usually present with pain and swelling due to obstruction of salivary duct classically at meal time. The diagnosis can be made by history, physical examination and using Ultrasonography, sialography or CT scan. Treatment is mainly surgical and it depends weather the stone is intraglandular or in the salivary duct. This case involved an11-year-old male who severely intruded and luxated teeth #7 and #8. DDM is natural collagen based scaffold with similar organic and inorganic component of autogenous bone. The possibilities of DDM as bone graft substitute are compared to well known demineralized bone matrix (DBM) which has a little limitations. This fracture has its drawbacks on the smile appearance that may affect the psychic state of the child. Restoration of such fracture is very important to restore the esthetic of the smile. May techniques are available; the most conservative one is reattachment of the fractured piece. This article describes the reattachment of fractured fragment of left central incisor of a child. The fractured tooth fragment was successfully reattached using a very simple technique. Circumferential beveling and using of micro hybrid composite was sufficient to get a good esthetic and durable result. At the end of the treatment, the patient was very happy and satisfied. The aim of this study was to determine the self-evaluated smile satisfaction among a Saudi population and the desired treatment that they would like to undergo to improve their smiles. Materials & Methods: A survey study, which included 1129 participants, was performed to determine the self-evaluated smile satisfaction among the Saudi population and the treatments they hope for to improve their smiles. Result:  The 1129 participants consisted of 273 males (24.2%) and 856 females (75.8%), with a median age of 26-33 years.
